Our brand has been working with the team at Sapphire House of Fashion for almost 8 years. When we first started working together, our brand was small and skeptical of new factories. We had had multiple negative experiences working with suppliers prior to finding Sapphire. Aditya and his team have been fantastic from day one. Having zero fashion experience, I was thrilled to find out how helpful the sampling team is in creating new products and lines. They have held our hands from the beginning and helped us grow into a much larger brand. It is because of their quality, consistency, and customer support that we continue to come back season after season.
We have worked with Aditya and Aanchal for over 7 years and consider them part of our extended family. Not only have they celebrated our growing families but they have also been by our side (an ocean away) as we’ve grow our business. They go above and beyond in every way. Whether it’s sourcing fabrics, finding the best printers, or creating custom designs they do it all. When we’ve been in a pinch on time they work with their team to get our samples and production to us as quickly as possible. They respond quickly and are efficient in their work and communication. As we have grown, they have helped us problem solve & help us find ways to have great quality materials and the margins we need to generate revenue.
We have visited the factory and it presents itself to a high standard of cleanliness and working conditions. I recommend you visit, as Aditya and the team are very hospitable! Very thorough attention to detail and care in constructing garments. Never had any quality issues, and they realize the importance of not leaving anything to chance, and checking multiple samples before bulk is shipped. A true brand partner willing to work with you and see the bigger picture for long term business. They are even willing to work on small experimental projects with us which are outside of the norm.
